Features and Characterics:

Polyimide with pre-cured pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive film isdesigned to operate at elevated temperatures higher than polyester.This heat-stabilized film surpasses the dimensional stability of polyester, and will thermoses to increase adhesion values.

It can be used for electrical insulation, safety, and plating even atparts that are over 260 DegreC to 300DegrC. Especially places that arerestricted to use lead are substituting to this product for protectionwhile processing SMT reflow. PCB line, LCD , Soldering .

Good mechanical and electrical insulation performance.
Good heat resistance performance, heat resistance temperature: Fahrenheit - 269 ~ + 260.
Excellent chemical stability, organic solvents and irradiation.
The surface of the film is smooth , without wrinkles, without air bubbles, pores, and no rough edges.

Application:

1) It is widely used as electrical insulation on transformer, motor, coils, PCB making etc.

2) It is used in electrical insulation applications that meet class H requirements.

3) The tape may also be applied as the mask for protection of gold fingers of printed circuit

boards during wave solder or solder dip process. It is the best heat-resistant thin film adhesive.
